Omega-3 Enhnaced Eggs

You are what you eat eats!

Our chickens live on our farm in a converted camper, nothing but the best!

We pasture raise our girls and supplement them with high-quality feed and flax meal. This enhances their eggs with two different omega-3 fatty acids: DHA for the development and maintenance of brain cells, and ALA for protection against heart disease.

Microgreens

Microgreens are a special kind of green that are small in size, but big in flavor! Research has indicated that microgreens contain up to 40% more nutrients than their full-grown counterparts. These little greens contain extremely high levels of powerful vitamins, minerals, and health-supporting components! Get some!

Lettuce

We grow a specific lettuce mix: green & red oak leaf lettuce and green & red butter leaf lettuce. Our lettuce is fresh and tasty, provided directly to you—no long-distance shipping, no gassing to simulate the ripening process, no sitting for weeks in storage. This food is as real as it gets—fresh from the farm!

Syrup, & Honey

Our farm, with an abundance of maple trees, allows us to tap and make rich tree juice (also known as maple syrup), and our bees are busy preparing their hives for honey in the fall!

*Stay tuned, we are currently infusing last year's syrup in an Ironfish bourbon barrel!

Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue

We are honored to act as a satellite adoption center for Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue! While we care for and adopt out donkeys, we of course have two of our own! Meet the boys:

Starsky & Hutch!

Starsky is a happy boy that loves his treats...and likes to tell you about it! He enjoys kicking his back legs when excited, and tries to take playful jabs at Hutch!

Hutch is the leader in the pasture, a bit bossy with Starsky, but happy to have his buddy. He loves to greet all visitors with a barge-like bray as they pull up the driveway!
